Step 1: Research
This is where we identify your business opportunities, what makes your brand different and the things your customers like. Our research help us understand your business objectives, learn more about the way you work, identify the ways we can help tell your story and pinpoint the channels that work for your customers. It helps us identify your USP and work out what makes you different (and better) than your competitors.
Step 2: Define
The next step is to put all our findings into the hands of our creatives. They’ll use this information to start building your brand story, developing ideas, defining our approach and setting strategies to help get you noticed. This is the fun bit, so we encourage our creatives to push boundaries and take your project in all different directions. Some ideas will work, some won’t, but the whole process helps us see your brief from new and exciting angles and results in a much more defined approach.
Step 3: Develop
Working with you, we will begin to clarify our ideas and sharpen our approach to make sure our work is hitting your brief and expectations. We’ll ask you to tell us what you like and don’t like about each route and shortlist the most successful for further development. Collaboration is key to the success of any project so we insist on a strong working partnership with all our clients. We love feedback, so whether you like it or don’t like it, we want to hear it. It helps our creatives build a better picture of your brand and deliver the very best ideas for your bucks.
Step 4: Deliver
When the time is right, we’ll bring these creative solutions and strategies to life across the channels we know will work for you. We pride ourselves on making the process simple, smooth and efficient. We’re comfortable with shifting deadlines, can handle last-minute changes of heart and are nimble enough to deal with eleventh hour hiccups (our background in weekly newsstand titles has toughened us up).
